Shipping policy
All products residing in a United States based warehouse will ship via a domestic shipping carrier (i.e USPS, UPS, FedEx). Some orders may be fulfilled by third party sellers whereas the third party seller or shipper will choose the best shipping methods on behalf of the customer (i.e. DHL or other international carriers). This may impact handling and transit times. The appropriate shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and dimensions of the package along with the carrier service selected or provided along with the shipping point. Tracking information is provided for each shipment and can be viewed online via the carrier website for more accurate delivery estimates. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Shipping claims must be made with the carrier when issues of that nature occur.
